“As work has slowly shifted to computers and machines, human beings add value by harnessing and complementing technologies and by being intuitive, collaborative, creative, innovative, adaptable, perceptive and empathetic. In order to bring these qualities to work, we need to ensure a state of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for our people. It needs to be embedded in the work environment and culture; not as an HR program or benefit. Organisations and leaders must truly value their people as their most important resource to stay in business in the future economy.”
